A heavyweight navy hunting coat by Bernard Weatherill.
A lovely coat cut in the hacking style with 3-button front and single rear vent.
It has a heavyweight tattersall wool lining to the upper body & arms which we think may have been an addition to the coat.
It has had a plain navy twill collar added in replacement of a coloured hunting collar but ideally a hunt collar would be applied.
There is a small patch repair to the lower skirt lining but it is in good condition all over.
It is a very heavy coat for cold weather hunting days.
It measures 19 1/2" across the chest - we would recommend it as a 38" coat.
Waist measures 18" across the lowest button when laid flat, buttoned up
Length excl collar 28"
Shoulder to shoulder 17"
Outside sleeve 23" with hem
