A lovely, 1950s Bernard Weatherill navy hunt coat, bust 36". This coat was worn by a lady with an exquisite hunting wardrobe who now follows on foot.
This is a hacking style coat featuring two vents to the rear, with all the tailoring expected from the Master tailor.
It features details like working cuffs, buttonhole and discreet ticket pocket.
This coat has been well used and has some wear and repairs. It will suit someone who knows good tailoring and wants a coat with a story. It is priced accordingly.
Condition report: There is a darning at the top left shoulder, a small darn to the top of the collar, and in two areas around the right sleeve (elbow height). There is some weakening in the fabric on the arms around the elbow creases.
